Penny Klawansky, known better under her alias Lock, is the strategist of The Nyafia— a small-scale pack of mobster cats seeking to plunder Bendersville of their delicious take-out orders. In spite of her tactician role, however, Lock is best described as being particularly carefree and jaunty, and is The Nyafia's least serious member, only partaking in their schemes for the promise of sandwiches... and companionship.

However, don't let her scatterbrained exterior fool you; as a natural wanderer, Lock knows her way around every nook and cranny around town, making her a valuable asset to undercover heists. While it rarely serves useful, Lock also likes to enlist the aid of her beloved 'sandwich net', which she claims to catch take-out orders with... and if that doesn't work, take-out delivery drivers will work just fine.
